For a one-off fixed fee, SEARCH HR will spend time understanding the basics of your organisation, undertake an HR audit and as a result will provide a package of fully bespoke HR documentation, all fully up to date in respect of UK and EU legislation.

The package includes – contracts of employments, offer letters, policy documents – to ensure your organisation is both legally compliant and follows best practice in employment.

We will review all your employment paperwork to ensure it contains minimum statutory terms and conditions and incorporates clauses that are essential to the employment relationship. Simplifying employment paperwork will provide clarity and enable a more streamlined process when contractual changes are required. We will suggest the introduction of new documents where it is felt there are currently gaps.

The package also includes half a day’s HR consultancy at your offices to guide you through how and when to use the documents and 30 minutes per month for one year free telephone consultancy for those times when ‘you just need to clarify the position’
